Cancellation of a booking
If you do not wish to travel, you must cancel your booking to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be made to you subject to applicable cancellation charges. Please note that cancellation policy is subject to change without notice.

In case of a cancellation and/or refund, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the payment and other administrative costs. The refund will be processed in AED (Dirhams).

How do I confirm that my booking is cancelled?
We’ll confirm your booking cancellation via e-mail. Please look into your e-mail’s spam folder or check the booking status on the website if you have not received instant confirmation of the cancellation. Feel free to contact us if you face any issues or have questions.

Where can I get information relating to refunds?
Your booking will either be fully refundable/partially refundable/non-refundable depending on the cancellation policy of the activity.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Once a request for refund is approved, the refund is processed by the bank or other relevant financial institution depending on the modality of payment used to make the booking, and the duration of the refund can be anywhere between 5-10 working days. If you have any undue delay in receiving the refund, please reach out to your card issuer or bank before contacting Pravasi Travel.
